Friedman Research Corporation focuses on mechanical engineering research and development associated with impact protection systems.  Ideas are taken from paper design phase to design verification, to prototyping and testing. Our expertise lies in designing and evaluating impact protection components and systems using, for example, non-linear finite element methods and physical testing.  Prototypes can be tested using human and human surrogates by applying physical and computer based impact testing as appropriate.
