FRC approaches safety design by applying physics and engineering principles with in-depth analysis of large numbers of real accidents. We believe that safety is a key part of the core design. Safety must be designed in from the beginning of the product cycle, not tacked on to a nearly finished design. After-the-fact solutions are costly, and may be less effective.
